NBC News anchor Savannah Guthrie, daughter of Nancy Guthrie, announced she will offer a $1 million reward on Feb. 24 for anyone who can provide tips that lead to finding her mother.
The NBC News anchor posted a video on Instagram expressing her grief about the disappearance of her mother. She’s asked people in the video and in the Instagram caption to come forward with information and to contact either her directly or the FBI.
“Someone knows how to find our mom and bring her home,” Savannah Guthrie said in the caption of her Instagram post.
In addition to the $1 million reward offered by the Guthrie family, the FBI said that they’re offering $100,000 for information that leads to finding her. The Pima County Sheriff’s Office website (PCSO) is also offering $100,000 for information.
84-year-old Nancy Guthrie was reported missing in Tucson, Arizona in the early morning of Feb. 1. She was last seen at her home near Skyline and Campbell around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 31, according to the PCSO website. PCSO and the FBI are still investigating to find her.
